What is iTeach at MSU Commons?

iTeach at MSU Commons is a vibrant, educator-driven digital space designed to elevate and celebrate teaching and learning across MSU. Whether you’re a professor, graduate assistant, librarian, academic advisor, instructor, coach, or learning designer, your insights matter on the iTeach platform.

iTeach’s new home in MSU Commons increases its visibility; connects it with the broader scholarly publishing and teaching community at MSU and beyond; and ensures its resources are discoverable, citable, and sustainably hosted. The newly designed site offers:

  • Easier access: Improved search means content, resources, and groups are now easily searchable and discoverable in MSU Commons, making it simpler to explore, share, and engage.

Getting Started with iTeach

  • To grow your skills, simply use the search tool, browse the results, and expand your knowledge. Additionally, browse the events calendar and consider attending one of CTLI’s many upcoming educator development workshops or activities.
  • To connect with the iTeach community, browse the available groups and consider joining a few to deepen your connection with like-minded educators. Also consider signing up for CTLI’s newsletter to stay abreast of the most critical information coming from the center. You also might take some time to write a note of thanks to an educator who you know has made a difference.
  • To share your own content, you will need to get author status, which will allow you to publish your content to the Commons and share your wisdom with the entire MSU educator community.
